At the same time, our company conducts on-site inspections of the project kilns to get a general understanding of the kiln structure, production technology, product output and quality. 2. Submit "Technical Plan for Oxygen-enriched Combustion Project": The technical department of our company formulated the "Technical Plan for the Oxygen-enriched Combustion Project" for the project's kiln research and submitted it to the kiln customer. After the kiln customer passed the demonstration, the two parties conducted friendly business negotiations on the project. 3. Business agreement and furnace survey: After our company and the kiln customer reached an agreement on the project’s business negotiations, our company’s technicians conducted a detailed site survey on the project kiln. The main tasks include: selecting the location of the oxygen-enriched machine room, measuring the direction of the oxygen-enriched pipeline, and surveying and mapping the combustion. Energy consumption collection and statistics before kiln renovation: After the construction of our company enters the site, the two parties in collaboration with the kiln customers assign special personnel to jointly collect and count the gas energy consumption, product output and qualification rate of the project before the kiln renovation, and sign for confirmation. Renovation construction: While collecting data before the renovation of the project kiln, our company started construction according to the procedure and completed it within the prescribed time limit: (1) Hoist the oxygen-enriched equipment in place, and assemble and construct the oxygen-enriched machine room with prefabricated color steel plates. (2) Erection of oxygen-enriched pipelines, which enter the site in a prefabricated form, and perform flange connections on site. (3) Install an oxygen-enriched proportional control mechanism and integrate it with the original combustion control system of the project kiln. (4) Carry out commissioning of the oxygen-enriched equipment and test the entire oxygen delivery system.
