The oxygen-enriched combustion-supporting technology developed by our company is an organic combination of local oxygen-enriching technology and combustion-supporting technology. The so-called local aeration is to add a limited amount of oxygen-enriched gas to the place where oxygen is most needed for combustion in the kiln. In layman's terms, "good steel is used on the blade". Therefore, it is necessary to develop a special oxygen-enriched gas for combustion. In the combustor, oxygen-enriched gas is injected into a reasonable position in the combustor through a separate passage to realize multi-stage air distribution and multi-stage mixing with oxygen-enriched gas and fuel gas to make combustion more complete and complete. In this way, the excellent energy-saving characteristics of oxygen-enriched combustion can be better demonstrated.


In addition, the current concept of environmental protection is no longer a simple energy saving and emission reduction, and reducing NOX is the general trend and top priority of environmental governance. In view of the thermal NOX generation mechanism, the oxygen-enriched special burner should also be a low-NOX burner. The oxygen-enriched staged combustion technology and multi-stage air distribution mixing technology are scientifically adopted to control the combustion process and improve the operation mode. Suppress the NOX products generated during the combustion process.




At present, our company has developed various types of oxygen-enriched special burners for different kilns and different production processes. The main features are as follows:




(1) Multi-stage air distribution, multi-stage combustion, low NOX generation, no tempering, no misfire.




(2) The ignition operation is simple, the adjustment range is large, the small fire state is stable, and it is not easy to extinguish the fire.




(3) The flame length is adjustable and the speed gradient is high, which promotes the circulation of flue gas in the furnace and effectively prevents the phenomenon of local high temperature in the furnace.




(4) The design of the oxygen enrichment method is advanced, the combustion is sufficient, and the combustion efficiency is high.




(5) In view of the oxygen-enriching characteristics, special structures and materials are adopted for key parts, and the service life is long.




NOX control technology




The main point of the energy-saving effect of oxygen-enriched combustion is achieved by greatly increasing the flame temperature, but it is this remarkable feature of oxygen-enriched combustion that will cause a large increase in thermal NOX, which also severely restricts the entry of oxygen-enriched combustion technology. One of the factors in many fields. Our company has done a lot of research and experiments on how to reduce NOX emission technology, analyzed the formation of NOX in the process of oxygen-enriched combustion from the mechanism, and vigorously explored the ways and methods to reduce NOX in oxygen-enriched combustion by combining theory with practice .




It is found through experiments that changing the velocity gradient in the combustion process has a great influence on the thermal NOX (see the figure below). With the increase of the velocity gradient, the thermal NOX drops sharply, which shows that the production of NOX is effectively reduced. The main reason is that when the velocity gradient is increased, the entrained gas into the flame zone promotes the gas recirculation in the furnace, which can well improve the temperature uniformity of the furnace combustion, and as the velocity stretch rate increases, It also greatly reduces the residence time of the reactants in the high temperature zone. In summary, they are all effective measures to inhibit the formation of thermal NOX. It can be seen that, on the basis of the high temperature and high efficiency flame of oxygen-enriched combustion, the development of a special oxygen-enriched burner with a unique structure to increase the combustion speed gradient is the key to promoting the oxygen-enriched combustion technology project.
